Ashley has always been drawn to help people get clarity about their goals and relationships. He is a certified in NLP, MER, Hypnotherapy and Robbins-Madanes Training. Through Breakthrough Sessions he can help realese unwanted baggage to aid you in living your best life.

Aly's upbringing took place in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. However, about two years ago, she made the move to Colorado and currently resides in Lakewood. Throughout her career, Aly has gained experience in various fields including mental health, hospitality, healthcare, and more. Since childhood, she has been naturally inclined towards the wellness domain and consistently seeks new ways to assist others. Aly holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in criminology from Webster University in St. Louis. She maintains a commitment to personal growth by continuously educating herself in all aspects of life, allowing her to flourish. In her leisure time, she finds joy in hiking, meditating, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.
